Pennsylvania State Constables serve six-year terms and have powers to enforce state and local laws, serve warrants, and perform judicial duties. Their authority includes making arrests, serving subpoenas, and providing security.

PSC-FCU

The Pennsylvania State Constables Federal Credit Union is being established as a member-owned and controlled, not-for-profit, cooperative financial institution formed to provide its members with affordable and safe financial services.

Who will be our Members

Members of the PSC-FCU can be any current or previous PA State Constable, and their immediate or extended family. Upon Charter approval by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) PSC-FCU will open its digitally.
